I said once in a chat that I would post pics of this. This is what we did with our wine corks one year.....



Dave just drilled a hole in each one for me. Then I used heavy floral wire and beads. I bought garland already made and took it apart. It really wasn't that expensive and the garland has held up REALLY well.

We save wine corks during the year and I try to label them with a permenant marker as to what we were doing while drinking the wine . Like :Wrapping presents Dec.18, 2006 or New Years with Jamie 2006. It's nice to see the garland on the tree and have the memories come back.

I have ummm about a thousand wine corks around here...LMAO so I am planning on doing another one for the smaller tree in a different color. Maybe silver and gold.

It really was very easy to do.
