On 1/31 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon. He was our 7th loss

How the heck domthey get pics of a 6 week gest. baby. It is amazing. Have you ever seen, "In the womb?" I was in awe during the whole show. I just don't get how the pics / filming is done...
