I'm leaving the office in 5 minutes and I am so nervous. I feel like I could throw up (wish it was m/s).......
My hands and feet are literally sweating.
I really am not expecting much from this appt. so I don't know what my problem is, guess I am just afraid for the sake of being afraid...if that makes sense.

Good luck! I'm sure everything will go well. I'm sorry to hear that you are scared but it's to be expected. Just think of this appt as positive reassurance and you'll be fine.
