1. How did you meet DH/SO? I was a waitress (YUCK!!) at the restaraunt where he works (Bob Evans). We worked together (and flirted) for about a year before we actually went out. I thought he was waaaaayyyyy out of my league! Guess not!!!

2. What is your favorite hobbie? Okay, I swear I'm only 28, but these make me seem soooo old! I love to cross-stitch (got that from my mom) and right now I'm learning to crochet. I'm also a voracious reader, so I read every chance I get too.

3. What would your dream vacation be? Probably somewhere in Europe - France, Italy, Spain somewhere like that

4. I want to see a picture of you and DH/SO doing something crazy. Oh honey, we are SO boring!!! Seriously, I can't even think of anything we have done that is crazy, let alone have a pic of it! I'll post a pic of us though, if I can find one!

Where are you from? I was born at home at the house I grew up in, in OH. Now I live about an hour away from there in a town called Zanesville

Where did you grow up? Same as above! I'm very poorly traveled...lol...

How many children do you want? I want to have 4, but dh says we're done after two...he says he'll snip himself in the garage before we have any more than two...lol...

What's the best part about being a mom? Oh man, there are SO many things...Probably my favorite is when we're snuggling on the couch and she looks at me and says "Yuv ya mommy." I don't think I can really pick just one though...I could make a whole list up!

Who does your daughter look like? Your or your husband? Spitting image of me...poor dh didn't pass ANY of his looks on...lol...

Okay, I want to see a pic of your house. Oh, I have to go outside in the cold for that...lol...stay tuned...I promise, I will get to it, but it looks crappy now cuz it's winter, so no flowers or anything. Plus, we're remodeling the sunroom, so everything that's in there is on the front porch

What are your favorite tv shows? Ohhhh...soooooo many! Thank goodness for DVR!! Let's see - Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Desperate Housewives, Ghost Whisperer, Life, Cane, The Unit, Moonlight, House, ER, Smallville, Friday Night Lights, Lost, and WAY too many more to name...lol... There's no way I could watch them all if I didn't have DVR!!!

What is your favorite movie? Right now, it's The Wedding Date with Debra Messing and Dermot Mulroney. LOVE IT!!! It's SUCH a girly movie!!

So....where exactly did you grow up in OH? Outside a teeny tiny little town called Newcastle, just in between Coshocton and Mt Vernon.

Are you an only child or do have siblings? I have an older brother and a younger sister. And yes, I do have "middle child syndrome"...lol

Last movie you saw at the theatres and your opinion? "No Reservations" LOVED it!! It was VERY cute.

What is your favorite holiday? Thanksgiving, because you get all the good food of christmas without all the pressure for gifts. But I LOVE christmas too, because it's usually the only time of the year I get to see my brother.

Okay, here's my ring - I took two pics and don't really like either of them, but, you get the gist!! It's actually three rings - an engagement ring, a wrap, and a wedding band. I love it!! I worked in jewelry stores for years and never found any other ring I liked better!


There's no real reason for this - I just thought it was funny cuz as soon as I got the camera out this morning, dd was sitting there going "cheese!" She LOVES having her pic taken. Tooooo funny!


This is all the women on my mom's side - dd definitely got her looks from us...lol! My grandma, my mom, my sis, and me (I'm in the yellow tank top). This was in Florida the morning we were getting ready to leave from my Grandma's house.

Thanks guys! I think she's pretty cute too, but I'm just a tad bit biased! And thanks for the compliment on my rings - I love them too!

Are you an animal lover? Absolutely!! We have two cats and a dog inside, plus a dog outside (he HATES it inside - we don't just put him out there for the fun of it...lol), plus we have had ferrets in the past, I had a rat for a pet (they make GREAT ones!), we have more tarantulas than I could possibly count (those are dh's), many little geckos, a large lizard named Max, and two snakes. So, yes, we here at our zoo are definitely animal lovers...lol

baths or showers? Definitely showers! I only take about 2 baths a year

What do you do in your free time????? Free time...lol...I seem to remember that, but can't remember exactly what it's like... Just kidding! I LOVE to read, I'm learning to crochet, and I also do cross-stitch. Plus, watch all those shows listed above that I DVR

So did you have a good Thanksgiving? Yep - we went to the in-laws, then went to my grandma's for her first Thanksgiving living here and ate there. It was great!!

Did you cook or did you go to someone else's place? See above , but I did provide the fruit salad and vegetable tray. I LOVE to cook, but we ate somewhere else.

What is your most favorite dessert? For Thanksgiving? Hands down, pumpkin pie!!! I LIVE for it!

Would you rather go to the ocean or a mountain lake? Depends...I really like the ocean, but hate the sand that gets everywhere. I love the mountain lakes because of the scenery and the fact that there's no sand! I really like them both...

Do you like to fish & camp? I like the idea of it, but I really like sleeping in my own bed. If we had a camper, then I would like it a lot more! And dh lives to fish in the summer, but it doesn't do much for me. I like to go with him, but the actual act of fishing doesn't hold much magic for me.
