experience a lack of PMS symptoms after a mc? My BB's always get really sore several days before my period starts, sometimes a week beforehand. I know AF is on its way and will probably be here by Sunday, but none of my normal symptoms are occuring. Everything I have read with the exception of a couple posts I found through Google say that PMS actually might get worse after a mc. Well, that is just the opposite of my situation. Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience and knows anything about it? I am pretty sure it is hormonal changes, but is it good or bad for your body, is it better or worse for a future pregnancy? And, is it a long term or short term change?

Mine actually were not as bad my first af after m/c either. I thought it was odd too but then i asked my mom about it and she said that your period changes after being pregnant or having babies. She said hers got a lot better after her first child so i guess its possible. I had 2 cycles before i got my bfp and neither of them were "normal". Hope this helps.

yeh! mine was really different!!! i usually get bad lower back cramps the night before and i didnt get anything.. i had no idea AF was gonna show up!.. and then AF usually comes in with a bang and for the first day this timie it was just light bleeding... I never get cramps..i did this time... BUT my period didnt last any longer than usual.. unless i start spotting again today im done already.. i have 3 day periods usually with maybe a day of spotting.. and that is exactly what happened...

no idea about any of your Qs.. just wanted to say mine was weird!

I've gone from not having any acne, back pains, cramping, or anything before AF was going to show. Then when I had my m/c that alllll changed! I'm getting acne, back pains, cramping, water retention, everything!!!! All of this probably comes a few days to a week before AF is suppose to show!

my cycles changes after each pg. 1st I never really got any symptoms, and very mild cramps and was like that for years (probably thanks to the BCP, which I went on as a teen for really bad cramps) and then after the 1st pg, my bbs hurt from ovulation until AF showed. Then after the 2nd pg, I had the same pg symptoms as I had with THAT pg each month, way more PMS-type symptoms. Doesn't make any sense. About the only thing that stayed the same was the length of each cycle.

I guess it can go either way after a m/c. I usually get really bad cramps on the 1st day of AF, but this time (1st AF after m/c) I had no cramps at all, but my bleeding was a lot heavier.
