I hope everyone had a wonderful Turkey Day!! I was in Myrtle Beach all last week with my parents, and did not have access to a computer. I've been catching up on the posts to see what I missed.
Sooo... last night I was watching the episodes of Private Practice that I TiVo'ed while I was way. Did anyone watch last week's episode? Well, if not, the main character (Addison) had a really rough day & broke down at the end. I started to bawl! Crazy, as I am not a movie crier... ever. Then it hit me I'm 12-13 DPO. So I go running to the bathroom to test.

I just sat there for the longest time and stared at that little pink line. It's faint, but definitely there. My hubby is at deer camp right now, so I couldn't tell him. We decided a long time ago that we weren't telling ANYONE until after my 1st trimester. Well, except you guys So I go hunting for our digital camera, and realized Mike has it up in deer camp. So, I'll have to post pics of my beautiful BFP when he gets back. I HAD to tell him, so I sent him a text message that said, "Bring a big buck home for Mama & Baby". He didn't get it until this morning when I get a frantic phone call from him asking me if my message means what he thinks it means. He told me he's coming home tomorrow instead of Tuesday because he wants to see those lines! LMAO

Send me lots of sticky baby dust. I'm excited & terrified all at the same time. I can't wait to see what everyone else gets in the next week or so!

we wont tell anyone except for our parents and siblings next time around either... i told everyone at 4 weeks last time... and i still have ppl coming up to me asking how im feeling etc... because they still think im pregnant...
