Whose family has the better thanksgiving dinner??? Definately mine! I love my mother in law but she is an awful cook. She admits it. One year they actually went to eat Thansgiving dinner at the hospital because she didn't want to cook (her son-in-law was working their that day).

Where are u from? Everywhere. I am an army brat. I was born in Kentucky but grew up most my impressionable years in AZ and Germany. I've also lived in Texas & West Virginia.
Where is Dh from? He grew up in Oregon his whole life in Oregon and moved to AZ for school which is where we met.
How long have you been married for? Hmmm, let me think. We'll be going on 8 years in February of this year.

How many kids do you want? 2 so this next one will be the last planned pregnancy. My husband and I grew up with 1 sibling each so 2 is a number we are comfortable with

What do you do for a living? What don't I do... Since I was 19 I worked for this company as a Unix Systems Engineer and then Project Manger. Once I had Naden I went to 15 hours a week so I work 3 hours a day on that. Then I co-own a natural skin care business... http://www.tinseldelights.com. Then I also co-own a baby and mommy online store... http://www.ahhgoo.com. I also have many business ideas and patent ideas but I am letting those settle a little bit before I jump in because I have a bad habit of being too impulsive with my business ventures

What does your husband do? He is a Systems Test Engineer (electonics engineer) for an aeronautics company. He works on space craft and we actually just got back from Florida from the launch of the Phoenix spacecraft (next Mars Lander). Let's cross our fingers and hope that it actually lands on Mars and doesn't crash!!!!

Which holdiday is your favorite? Definately Christmas. I love the family closeness around this time of year!

What are your favourite movies? My top favorite is Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. I also really like Troy, Gladiator, Snatch, and Office Space

What is your favourite song? I don't really know. I love ALL music. I guess my favorite song of all time is Bust a Move by Young MC but since that is a real old song I would have to say Truly Madly Deeply by Savage Garden since that is Travis and my wedding song

Have you thought about your future baby's name? Does it have a special meaning to you? For a boy I really like Ryko (like the guy on the show Last One Standing -yummy!) and for a girl I like Coral but Travis thinks a girls name should end with an A so maybe Cora. I sort of like different names oh, and I like Hawaiian sounding names too. No special meanings though

Where do you live now? I live in Morrison Colorado (about 1 mile from Conifer in the mountains. We are at about 7800 ft elevation. It get's pretty cold -brrrr
I have never heard the name Naden before, what does it mean? Does it have any special meaning? That is a long story. Well you may regret asking... We like different names and we really liked the sound of Naden. We didn't want people pronouncing his name like the girls Nadine so we thought about different spellings. When he was born we decided to spell it Natin because we thought is would prevent the misprounouciation and because it also means "ours" in Filipino (which I am part). Well then everyone started calling him Nathan or Nate or Nat-in rather than Nate-in. Anyway it was a big mistake to spell it that way so we legally changed it which was a whole fiasco but now we are happy. We actually call him Den a lot as a nickname. Do you like his name? I always wonder what people think. Do you think it sounds like a girls name? It is so similiar to Caden and Aiden and Hayden's that I think most people get it and at least now no one misprounounces it!

I know you love all the same TV shows as I do...so what is your least favorite thing to watch on TV? I can't stand American Dad and Family Guy. I'll watch them because Travis records them but I really cannot stand them. I even prefer Southpark over those.

How old are you? 28... I can't believe how the time has flown by...

Favorite color? I prefer blue and black to wear but I love the color purple.

What do you like to do for relaxing? get on the computer or sew something/make something. I also like methodical things to relax like painting my house or stacking wood. Something that doensn't take much brain power but is a repetative routine... kwim?

What is your favorite weekend activity (other than BDing ) Shopping. Next would be hiking. In the summer we eat on our deck every night so I look forward to that because our view is beautiful!

What is your dream job? Do you have it now? I really like owning my own businesses. If I could I would own 30 different ones BUT I have also always thought it would be cool to be one of those window washers that wash those huge buildings in the city. It looks like fun. OH and now that I think of it. I think Samantha Brown's job on the travel channell is AWESOME. I'd do that!

How did you meet dh? My cousin introduced me to him when I was in high school. She was dating his roomate

What was the FIRST job you ever had? I worked at Frys grocery store as a carryout. That lasted about 2 months and then I went to work for a dental lab and made dentures. Those were my high school jobs plus I helped my dad run computer networking cables as a side thing.

What is your favorite mommy moment? Definately when my son was born. There really are so many but I so distinctly remember his shoulders sort of popping out and then all of a sudden he was here and crying. I was so overwhelmed with emotion. I have never felt anything like that before. I was crying so much. It was amazing. I will NEVER forget it. I have also always loved making him laugh. He has the most contagious laugh

How old was Naden when you changed his name? Well we've always called him Naden but we offcially got around to changing the spelling when he was like 11 months old. It took a while because we had to go to court and then publish the name change notice in the paper for 3 weeks and then go to court again to make it official.

Can I see a picture of your view?
It is pretty in the winter when it snows and the mountains are covered in white but it is absolutely gorgeous in the summer. So relaxing!


What do you like to sew, what was the last thing you made?
I like to sew basic stuff like curtains and bed covers. Here are my last two projects.

This I actually made this morning. Well actually I just took an existing stuffed animal and then modified it so it could attach to his paci. He has the WubbaNub's (actually I sell them online) and they are great but I wanted something a little different for a while. They are great at night when he wakes up, he can find the paci on his own and doesn't need me to go in the room and search in the dark for the missing paci.



What is the population in Morrisson? No clue but it takes me about 30 minutes to get to downtown Denver so I am just behind the foothills of Denver.

How did you end up in Colorado (from Arizona)? Travis got a job offer out of school for a aeronautics company that is located out here.

PS: I also think Ryko is yummy!!!! oh yeah! Travis has caught on. He told me the other day that he thinks the reason I like Last One Standing so much is because all the guys.
