I'M MARRIED!!!!!!
Dwayne and I both wanted our parents to be at our wedding, and with Peter's current health problems, we didn't want to risk him not being there for our marriage. We decided to go get the license filled out and everything today. Peter was able to leave the hospital to go home since there's nothing that can be done right now. They have to schedule surgery for him.
We surprised our parents by taking them all to the JP and got married in front of all of them.
November 28th, 2007 -- The day Dwayne and I vowed to be together forever!!!!!
And of course...guess what SOMEONE forgot to bring? Yep, the CAMERA!!!! So, there are NO pics of our nuptuals! I'm not upset about it though, all we wanted was for our parents to be there.

Congrats Jess!!! I was wondering how you guys were going to work that out with Dwayne's Dad's condition. I was hoping you weren't going to have to post pone it after you just moved it up. That's great that your parents where able to attend and I'm sure it meant the world to his Dad. Congrats again Mrs. Dwayne!! Are you planning on doing another mock ceremony later so you can invite extended family and take pictures?

CONGRATULATIONS!! that made me all choked up! I think it was very romantic and sweet!!!
I was also wondering to myself how you guys were going to handle it with Dwaynes Dads health issues.

On 1/31 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon. OMG Congratulations!!!!! I am so excited for you!!!!!!! I wish there was a little graphic of me dancing around bc that's what I'm doing right now!!! (at least in my head I am!!  )
One of my cousins did that, they moved up their wedding by a year so her mom could be there. She had terminal cancer and passed away 3 months later, and I know they were so happy to share that special day with her.
