Ok - so FF said that I would O today, got loads of ewcm yesterday but we were both exhausted so I decided to just wait until tonight to BD. Usually I have ewcm for 2 to 3 days during my cycle. Yesterday was the first day I got it so I thought i had time - and Now my ewcm is gone! Does that mean I missed my O window? I'm just calculating by AF dates - I told myself I wouldn't start charting. Im really trying not to be obsessed but its so hard!

Has anyone *not* had ewcm while o-ing? HELP???

Nicole.... it's hard to say.

I know for me I am pretty sure I O a day or two after I see EWCM. It is also when my temp spikes, not when it is at the bottom. I usually get my cross hairs for a day or two too early with FF.

So if you are like me... it would be perfect timing. Did you BD at all the past couple days?

We DTD Friday, but that may have been too early. I hope that I haven't missed it.

Well, you can ovulate anywhere from 12-36 hours. Sperm live up to 72 hrs, egg after it is ovulated lives for up to 24 hrs. So, get on it tonight! You still have an opportunity even if you ovulated today. The ewcm helps with the transportation of sperm and makes the environment inside you more hospitable to the sperm so they can live longer to fertilize. Good luck!

I typically got EWCM anywhere from 3 - 5 days before O'ing and it was pretty much gone by the time I O'd. But I got pg twice, so it must have been enough!
