Ok heres my question. I took a OPK this morning and it was a very + one and then I took one tonight and it was -. Sould I keep my + in my FF chart or put the - one in there. I am still going to BD tonight but I'm thinking I Oed this morning. Thankx for your help.

You are at the end of your LH surge. Last month mine lasted 5 days. UGH! I am gonna use another OPK tonight too. I hope mine is negative also.

Thankx bobbie, I had some cramping tonight but they are gone now. I think today I am for sure Oing. I made sure to BD just to be safe but cant anymore till Saturday because DH has his SA appointment on friday and we cant BD 2 days before.
