Ok those of you that have had IB was it really noticable or bearly there? I'm just wondering because I've noticed that I have had the smallest bit of spotting (dont even know if you could call it spotting). The spots are the size of a pin head and you have to look kind of close or you would miss them. I've had this a few times today and didnt know if it was really anything or not. I dont think its IB because its not spotting like at the beginning of AF. I think my mind is just playing tricks on me. 4 more days come on!!!!!!!!!!

When I had IB in May it was VERY noticable! I actually thought it was another period. It was brownish in colour with some red in it. It was definitely enough to wear a "light" pad. Lasted a few days as well.

Well, with Naden I had IB the day I started my period, not sooner. It was pretty heavy and I actually thought I started my period BUT some women don't even have IB so any red spots sound real promising to me! Keep us posted (both of you).
