Is there a time limit on OPK's??????? I started using them a couple days ago thinking it was WAY too early, but just in case, I didn't want to miss the surge. So I did one this morning (not FMU, BTW, I know you're not s'posed to use FMU with them, it was a little while after I woke up), completely thinking it would be neg, and here's what I saw when I just looked a few minutes ago:

Sorry it's blurry, I had to use my camera phone cuz my camera is in the same room dd is napping in. But it IS positive, right? I mean, I know it's positive (that's pretty obvious), but is there a time limit to reading them? It had been a couple hours cuz I absolutely thought it was too early, so I completely forgot it was in the bathroom and didn't look!!!

Dh and I are totally going to BD tonight based on this - I'm not risking missing it if this really is it!!

OMG, OMG, OMG, I'm freaking out!!! Silly, right?? But this is the first cycle since losing Asher that we are going to try, and I can't quite believe this is really it!!!!!

I bought the Answer brand last month and did notice that I had it read it within the time limit cause if I waited too long the test line always got way darker after sitting. IDK, I would bd just in case Have fun!

it does look positive, good luck. I'm not sure if there is a time limit to them either. I've only used them once last month for 7 days

hi Emma,
How long after you woke up did you take the test. Because even if it wasn't full morning urine and you took it super early, from what I have read, it can give you a false positive. Something I read said to take it after 10 am. HTH...

Okay....I took it at around 11ish, but I'm still not sure it's a real positive, or a false positive.

HOWEVER, I went and did the math and it turns out it isn't too early...lol! I started AF on the 4th (??), so that would put me at day 13, so it would be a bit early, BUT my cycle last month was very short too. I guess this time in December is going so fast, I lost track of days!!!!!

SOOOO....I'm thinking this could be it, but I will continue to OPK test daily just to make sure! Dh and I DTD on Saturday, and we will do it again tonight (and probably tomorrow night just to be sure - he'll be THRILLED!!), so if this IS it, I should have a good chance of catching that eggie!!! Woohoo!! I'm SO excited!

Stay tuned for a BFP pregnancy test!! Yay!!
