I had my nephews Derek and Zack over and Amanda had her friend Brittany over. Dave's girls were at their mom's and my son worked and then went to his girlfriends house.

So it was just the six of us. The kids played guitar hero all night

Growing up my dad had a tradition of making peanut-butter pizzas. So I made them for the kids. They sound GROSS but are pretty good....and even better if you are drinking You start with toast squares. Just cut the crust off and cut the bread in four. Then you toast them in the over. Once they are browned, you add a thin layer of peanut butter...then a couple drops of jelly...and a couple drops of ketchup.... then a piece of already cooked bacon and top with mozarella cheese. Out of all the kids only Derek really liked them.

We also made Potato skins...YUM!

Here are the kids playing their game....

It was a fun New Years...kinda low key for us.... we are usually crazy. I was just glad to be rid of 2007. It's wasn't a very good year.

2008 here I come!
