The first time it came back after your m/c?

I'm thinking this was it because the light bleeding started on the 31st and the 2nd it got a little heavier (not much) and now its getting lighter again.I haven't yet got a call back from the OB nurse on what my HCG levels were this week, so i'm still waiting on that but I'm thinking they had to have gone down to or past 5 now that i got AF! I'll let you know when they call!

UPDATE: My levels are down to 4!!! I still have to go back next week to make sure it stays there but- yay!!

My first AF post m/c was like a normal period. Started heavy, and ended light. I can't remember about the cramping, the flow is all I really remember.

I hope you get a call soon, and they tell you your levels are below 5!!!

mine was pretty normal too.. maybe a bit more cramping that usual... but basically normal,

Except that i now seem to get one day of breakthrough bleeding in the middle of my cycle... odd!

Mine was easier than normal. It was light, but spotty longer.

I hope this was AF for you

My first after m/c was not as bad as I had expected. The cramping was the only part that was really bad. Maybe it was because I was so happy for it to arrive, kinda like a new beginning.
Good Luck!!

mine was really heavy at first, and it only lasted about 4 days instead of the usual 5 for me.

Flow wise mine seemed pretty normal from what I can remember but the duration was shorter than usual.

Mine just started on the 1st and on day 1 it was really really crampy and spotty, then really heavy. Day 2 was crampy and heavy, Day 3 was medium, Day 4 - today- it seemed to have disapeared?? but I often have a one day break in my cycle then one last "suprise".... so all in all- it was pretty typical, just a little shorter.

I was just wondering if my AF is coming too soon after miscarriage. My hcg level was a 16 on 12/28 & below 5 on Jan 2nd. Then yesterday on Jan. 4, I started AF. Isn't that really soon? I hope this is right because maybe in 2 weeks or so, I'll ovulate again. As for the flow & cramps, they are just like a normal period.

I'm having my first AF after m/c right now; she showed up yesterday, and so far it's been a faster (read: heavier, no spotting) start than normal. Cramping seems to be like a normal AF.

Incidentally, she showed up right around three weeks after I stopped bleeding from the m/c.

Mine was much heavier, but NO CRAMPS (I usually get awful cramps the 1st day of AF) and lasted about 5 days (which is average)
