I definitely hear you. Now I want to do a training program to do a half marathon but it's probably too intense for baby-making. Not sure how to proceed really...

Absolutely! Still up the 5 lbs I gained after I got pregnant... so frustrating! Can't fit into any of my jeans but the one big pair I bought while I was pregnant!!! Dang it!

Fo Shizzle!!
Serisouly, it is terrible! I ate nothing but Ben and Jerry's for about a month after my mc - because I DESERVED it, darn it!! Then, yes, the stupid holiday indulgence, now I am heavier than I have ever been.
Talk about muffin tops......yikes!!!

I am soooo with you.
Mine is middle age weight. As soon as I hit 30 it started creeping on. I sooo NEED to lose about 20 lbs.
If I am not pregnant this cycle, next month is IT. I have been watching what I eat right now, but don't want to use the treadmil just incase a baby is trying to implant. I hate being this obsessed about TTC but I can't seem to help it.
I bought pants yesterday that were a size 12. I wanna SCREAM or cry....

Glad I'm not the only one. After our 3 weeks in the US eating everything in sight I feel huge. Since moving to the DR I was already up 10 lb and then this last pg I gained 10 and with the holidays I'm probably up at least 30 lbs from where I want to be. I feel gross.

Me too! I was doing so good with WW....then I went on the pill which made me gain, got pg and started eating cheesecake, etc which made me gain more, then the m/c.....after the m/c I said I was gonna go back on WW and lose the 15 lbs I gained, but I have ZERO motivation. I figure, I'm just gonna get pg again and gain it all back. So now I'm just gonna go back on WW after the next baby is born!

HOLY COW!!! I feel your pain...I am sitting wallowing in it right now. I stepped on the scale about 2 weeks ago and there were the 10 pounds I had worked SO hard to lose. I got discuraged and ate a pastrami sandwhich...LOL. I haven't stepped back on the scale. I started back to my work out, but I don't know...what am going to do? It is such a frustarting point right now. AAAAHHHHHH!!!

I can sooooo relate !!!
I've gained about 15 lbs in the two years we've been ttc'ing. I've got middle age, 4 pgs and subsequent losses and all the hormones/depression that goes along with that sitting right on my thighs, butt and gut!
I started the south beach diet today - it worked for me when I got married. Its not soo drastic that it would interfere with my ttc'ing. As for the exercise, I'm sporadic. I need to get back into a routine BADLY! I don't think walking on the treadmill/elliptical and any other low impact workouts will hurt your ttc efforts, unless your doctor specifically told you not to.

I feel everyone's pain. You don't want the "diet" just in case you do get pregnant that month. Then when AF I get aggrivated and eat more than I should.
I REALLY need to get back to WW, but I keep thinking I don't want to start and then have to quit after just one month.

I'm with you all! I'm seriously thinking of going back on WW, too. I need to do something pretty quick here.

OMG this is so my complaint! In the 4 yrs ttc I gained about 20lbs then got pregnant and gained another 22 lbs in those 7 months. Now after losing my little girl I weigh as much as I did 7 months preg. I know I am just eating out of depression and again because of the ttc again. I just want to get pregnant and get my fat ol' belly and then go in for a tummy tuck! I am tired of trying!
