Im a pushover I swear

I am so mad at my so called friend. Yesterday at 4:00 I was taking a nap with DD on the couch when my neighbour pretty much beat my door down. Well I really hate being woke up sp I was cranky. Well she starts crying and says shes having a miscarrage. She wanted a ride to the hospital.I asked her where her BF was and she said they all just left for a birthday party and she could not call them because no one had cell phones.I asked her what about your sister and she said her sister had a flat tire. Well first off my DH told me her BF said she cant have kids she has her tubes tied. I asked her when she took a test because she knows Im testing all the time and she didnt tell me. She said she took 1 in the morning. She said she was in alot of pain and filled 7 pads in 20 mins. My DH didnt want me to take her because she is at the hospital at least once a week and we have been told she is addicted to pain meds. She knew that I just went through a miscarrage and I felt really bad for her. Well I decided to take her, I just could not say no. She tried to tell me it would only take an hour haha. I got DD ready and we were off to the hospital. Well they took her right in. They needed me to come back and make sure I was driving because they wanted to give her pain meds. So I ended up being back there the whole time. They gave her a shot of staydol didnt phaze her so they gave her another still nothing she ended up having 3 shots of staydol they couldnt give her any more. She was so faking it. She would be standing up playing with my DD and laughing, as soon as she heard someone walking by she would jump in her bed and play like she was in pain. Well I was in there when she was examined and Dr. said there was only very light bleeding. Tests come back she wasnt even preg. Dr said she probally had an infection and gave her a shot of antibiotics. All of her tests cam back fine. So Dr says I will just send you home with some pain meds and you should be fine with the antibiotics. She told them she was alergic to asprin and tylonol that they made her throat sweal closed. He said what can you take and she played dumb and said I can take somthing that starts with an H he was like hidrocodone and she of course said yes thats it. I am so mad she used me and made me sit there from 4:30 until 10:00 last night with my four year old DD who was a little ancy to say the least just for a few pain pills. So when I get home and tell DH he tells me that he talked to her BF and he said she was not having a miscarrage she had been having AF all week and she has her tubes tied. I am just so mad. I accually feel kinda bad about being mad at her am I wrong shouldnt I be mad? That was just a mean thing to do to someone.

I would be POed!!!! but that depends on how close i was to her and all.. and if i was sympathetic to the need for something you are addicted to.. which i am NOT sympathetic too...

I am POed at her FOR YOU! hows that... people can be SOOOO rediculous sometimes!!! i cant beleive she put you and your daughter through that! and that the Dr.s even gave her anything! i guess they had too...

and isnt it pretty bad for your body to be given an antibiotic for NOTHING.... i dont even like taking them when its really something!

I think you must be a pretty nice person to have not told her off on your way home.... jeeeesh

Ugh!!! That makes me so mad!!! Why would someone FAKE a miscarriage!?!?!? So stupid!!!! I would have told her off the entire drive home! But, since you had your daughter with you, I can see why you didn't. I'd definitely call her to say something today. That is so rude and ignorant beyond anything!!!

You should NOT feel bad for being mad at her, she obviously has some problems going on in the gear box upstairs!

Ok update I just saw her for the first time today and she was leaving with her sister and she flt out ignored me. I am so tired of being used by people. It seems like everytime I make a new friend they only come around when they need somthing. Who needs friends like that.
