And so far I REALLY like him A LOT.

My first impressions are....

He is a tell it like it is type person. He will hold our team accountable and make them work as a team. Finally! I hate doing my job when others slack so I have to do more.

He is also pretty funny. I like his sense of humor and think once the store is back in shape he will make it a really fun place to work again. It will be a bit rough for a while...but that always happens when someone new takes over.

I also think there is going to be a lot of "sink or swim" going on. That's fine by me
