So Monday I had the definite BFP. Went to the doctor's office and they drew blood which I find out around 9 a.m. today what my HCG and progesterone level are. Anyway I was super excited we have been talking baby names and things again. And late last night it hit me. I haven't even missed my period. It's suppose to start today. I don't temp but I have been screwing around with my therm. since my opk was positive. I haven't been using it correctly....I usually do it at night and I do an axillary temp. And it has been 99.2-99.4 everyday except last night (right before my period is suppose to start) and it was 98.8. I'm worried it's just a chemical pregnancy or I'm going to miscarry. I wish I wouldn't of gotten so excited so quick. Sorry I just wanted to put this down so I could try to work it out. I tend to keep everything in and I'm scared to talk to my husband about it because who needs two nutcases worrying. Anyway...I hope everybody has a good day. I have another 12 hour shift today. At least my charge nurses at work are keeping me out of all the x-ray cases for now. In 3 weeks I don't have to do 12's anymore thank god. They are wearing me down. Thanks for letting me ramble.

Oh I so know how you are feeling. But forgive me cause I can't remember much about temping (it's been a while since I did) but I think in regards to hormones it should be done in the am and consistently to know really what's going on and so like you said if you've just been taking your temp every so often since o'ing it's probably not going to give you an accurate account of what's going on hormonally. Also if you take it at night your temp could be very different according to what you had been doing just prior, activity-wise like eating or whatever. So what I'm trying to say is I wouldn't put too much stock in your temp right now. You got the BFP so go with it!! Plus anyways 98.8 is still a high temp IMHO. So try not to worry. I'm sure AF won't show. Here's a little dustin'

If you're only taking your temp occasionally, AND at night, that number means nothing, so don't worry! Anyway, 98.8 is a high temp, especially axillary! Normal axillary is 97.6! Don't stress, and STOP TAKING YOUR TEMP! It's just gonna freak you out more. Think positive and positive things will happen! You are pg!!!!

I vote that you test again -- just to show yourself (and us!) that beautiful BFP yet again!

Oh and STOP TEMPING!!!
