My mother made meatloaf for dinner, I ate maybe 4 or 5 bites of it, and pushed it away. I normally jump into the darn plate when she makes meatloaf!!!!
Having slight cramping as well, and I feel really bloated!
I've never felt like this before!!!! I've NEVER pushed food away like that either! Explains why I'm over 200lbs!
Uh oh, no appetite? Hmmmmm, I wonder if it could be........
I know you're on bc, but you just never know. I know how badly you want this and I really want it for you too
Best wishes
Jessica, if you don't mind me asking, what is your weight, please dont' feel you have to answer. I weigh 217 hopefully less but won't know until Monday, I made my hubby hide my scales. I weighed nearly 270 last Feb and really just started losing. But since losing, my cycles are actually normal. I don't really know yours but if they are long or inconsistent, it could be your weight.
I've actually enjoyed doing this and can't believe how easy it has been, other than making time to work out but it's working. If you'd ever like any tips let me know and I'd be happy to share. I would actually like to go back to school to be a dietician, I really want to help others. My problem was portion control, late night snacking, and meal planning.
Sorry if I've said anything wrong, I know it's not easy being overweight and it's not easy to discuss it public. I still care.
I am feeling yucky today too. Achy all over, tired, dizzy and headache. I hope there isn't a bug going around.
