So I've been having this dull ache that comes and goes today. But I'm not sure if it's an o pain or not...I guess I don't know exactly WHERE it would have to be to be an o pain. It's kind of where a round ligament pain would be....let me try to explain where it is.....if I go down about 2 inches from my belly button, then over to the left another 2+ inches....kinda right where your leg connects to your body? I thought ovaries were a little higher than that? Plus, I'm only CD13, and I don't think I o until CD16 (I have a 30 day cycle).

And when do you typically feel o pains? The day you o, or before? TIA!

It could be o pain. Your bowel is also on the left side - so it could be constipation/elimination issues

I get O pains, right about where you described, but mostly on the right side. Aren't they supposed to switch off?

Anyway, I had O pains w/Erin about 4 days before I actually O'd, and then one HUGE sharp quick pain that almost knocked me over the day that I did.
