I have always tested with FMU. but now I want to go buy an FRER and was wondering what I do to get the best HcG Level in the afternoon? I know some of you POAS in the afternoon, what do you do? hold your pee for hours and hours??

Yep.... reduce liquids and hold it

I read somewhere if your pee looks yellow and not pale it is concentrated enough

now my next question, at peeonastick.com it says that the New CHoice ($store brand) and the FRER have the same HCG detection, so should I waste my money on an FRER?

I would not do another $ store.

If you have a Wal-Mart near you get the Answer brand. They are made at the same place as FRER and are 2 for $7 I have a strong suspision they are the same exact test....

When I tested in the afternoon I waited about a few hours. Once I decided to test I already had to pee, but waited and waited and waited hahaha I should also mention my bladder is only half as big as it should be to begin with
