so between Tuesday to today the betas dropped from 17113 to 15,000 something so at least my body is doing something. the u/s showed a small gestational sac and whatever is inside of it looked MUCH bigger to me, but not even vaguely baby-shaped or with a heartbeat. My OB just pointed at it and said, that's why your numbers were going up. He wants me to check in with him on Monday and repeat the lab at least in 5 - 7 days. He even said he's going to be around so if I need anything to just give him a call, even over the weekend. Poor guy, he feels so bad about all of this.
not the results I wanted obviously but at least things are more so in motion now.

a FET is Frozen Embryo Transfer. We have 3 embryos left from our "fresh" IVF cycle (where you go thru all the medications and egg retrieval) so we will transfer 2 again as soon as my uterus is ready (and as soon as we can afford it).

Thank you all so much. I am so glad I can come here for support - now my family is sending me all sorts of religious stuff and I want to tell them where to shove it. Nobody should EVER have to go thru this.

I had no idea that you were going through all this. How odd that the "mass" would still be growing. Have they considered that it may be a molar pgcy? I'm not sure if that is even possible w/ IVF but I think it might be worth asking your RE the next time you go in. Remember, they are really good at getting people pg but aren't nearly as informed as an OB is when it comes to the pgcy itself. I am so sorry!
