So I went to my primary dr. yesterday for bloodwork, to find out if I was pregnant and they did the urine test which came out negative. I am now 36 days late, and they are checking my bloodwork to see what is going on. They said I just "missed a cycle" but they wanted to check my hormone levels and everything. Has anyone else had anything like this?

Hmmm, that's really weird! I've never missed a cycle -- but back in August I only bled for ONE day!

I hope your blood work tells your doctor something!!!!

Accually when I was 17 I missed 2 cycles and thought for sure I was preggers but tests kept comming back neg. then out of no where AF showed. I dont think I will ever forget that though. I asked Dr why and he said there are alot of reasons like stress an infection low weight the list goes on and on. GL I hope you get some answers but I wouldnt worry about it to much.

I missed a cycle once when I came off bcps. My 1st cycle off was normal, but then I didn't get af for 56 days! I was freaking out and swore I was pg, but it turns out that it's really common for women to miss cycles occasionally. It's just frustrating when you're ttc!

Yes I'm going through the same thing right now...My last period was Nov.26, and I'm always regular.....Went to the GYNO and she done blood work but it was negative for pregnancy.....She put me on 5 days (2x daily) of Provera...I just finished them on Sunday and hoping that AF will show soon!
