small I think I am going to make a bigger copy of them and may even print my FF one and send them both to the doctor if I get AF after the first cycle on Clomid. I'm suppose to send her the one they sent me anyway.

Did you tell your RE about FF? I know that my RE LOVED the charts I printed off of FF for him. He though it was really neat how they had the average day & all the other stats. I would call & ask if you can substitute that for the ones she wants you to fill out. Also, I dont' know if you are still using the free version of FF but if you are, I would invest in the paid version. It really helped me keep track of all the meds, etc I was taking during the medicated cycles.
