http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunaception

I read about this in one of my herb books and just HAD to look it up. The recommndationis to turn off all light in your room during your entire cycle, complete darkness all but 3 days when you a want to be sure to ovulate. The 3 days you want to ovulate you leave a light on in your room when you sleep. he theory has to do with the moon LOL

I've heard something about this before...the light is suppose to be related to the phases of the moon or something. Haven't read the article yet, but headed there now.

haha that's funny

my DH is not from the states and he always says stuff like 'oh dangerous!' when he sees it is a full moon. of course mr 'we should wait to have kids' is all about bd'ing on those days so I definitely think he's on board now.
