Actually IB can occur 6-12 days after fertilization, so she's still in that range!!!

I spotted around my period when I was pg. It was maybe a day or two early, because I remember thinking oh great I'm gonne start early this month, then nothing till I tested! I don't know when I O'd, but I know I spotted 18 days after my last BD

I had IB with Naden the day my period was supposed to arrive so it definately could be IB! I am crossing my fingers for you. GOOD LUCK!
