When's the best time to take your temperature for charting?

I am not sure about that, but I can tell you that I take mine at 7:30 am give or take 15 min. Seems to be pretty consistent. Hope that helps.

They say that is should be taken first thing when u wake up before you do anything and you should have at least 3 hours sleep prior.

Other than that, as long as you are pretty consistant with whatever time you choose I don't believe it matters.

Yup... first thing when you wake up..before you get up or anything... approxamately the same time every day...and after about 3 hours of sleep...

Which for ME is usually around 3:30 am... because between 3:30 am (when i wake up to go to the bathroom) and when i actually get up for the day i get woken up about every hour...
