so still sitting here waiting, nothing really new my way . . . anyway I have a CM question.

The last few days I've had a tiny little cramp here and there and am wondering if the m/c is finally going to start. I don't really know what to expect other than cramping & bleeding so as you can imagine I am over-analyzing everthing! with my last pg I really thought I'd had a m/c (cramping, bleeding, passed something very tiny) and was suprised to find I was still pg and that it was ectopic. Anyway, here's my CM question: it's getting heavier, and is sometimes creamy, sometimes watery but either way there's alot more of it the last few days (EEEWWWWWWW!!! ). Did that happen to anyone else before m/c'ing?

*sigh* After the dr's told me I would m/c I threw (literally threw!) all my maternity clothes back in the closet and hadn't been back in there since. well, I've had to give up on that bc my stretchy pants are getting tighter. That, and frankly I'm tired of wearing pajama pants! So back to maternity pants it is for better or worse. I just hope if it truly is a "doomed" pregnancy that my uterus isn't still growing for no good reason, which they can do with b/o's.

HUGS. I really don't know about the CM. I didn't experience it but then I was never as far along as you are now. With both my m/c I didn't even really have much cramping. Just each time after dtd I started spotting so I knew the m/c would complete within a matter of days. HUGS

I didnt notice having anymore CM than normal (during pregnancy there's more anyways)... I just started spotting one day... it took me from wednesday when i started spotting until the following tuesday to complete the miscarriage... and GOOD GOD IT HURT when i finally did miscarry.. i wont sugar coat that for you!!!

so i dont think the more CM has anything to do with an impending miscarriage... it sounds more like a healthy pregnancy symptom more... to me anyways.. but im no Dr.

I was going to say, that sounds like my cm when I'm pregnant. I hope that the Dr.'s were wrong and it's not a blighted ovum.

Are you going to have another u/s soon if you don't miscarry before that?

well I decided to pick a date and if I don't m'c by that date then go to a different hospital, but the sucky part is to get out of the Mayo health system I get to drive at least an hour away, closest different health system is Fairview Ridges. Fun in MN with the roads in winter . Problem is that I can't decide what date to pick. I was thinking maybe 15 weeks bc something certainly should have happened by then if I am going to m/c. and baby should be big enough to be seen if not.

I was thinking too of renting one of those doppler machines to see if we could find a heartbeat on our own but don't want to waste money if nothing is there, KWIM?

I am soo sorry about your situation. There is always hope though, right? With my first m/c, it was very early and very much like AF. With my second, I had severe cramping for about 2 weeks before I started spotting. Two days later I woke up in the am and knew it was over....much bleeding. I think you CM sounds normal. I have 1 earth baby and my cm gradually got thicker and more of it as the pregnancy progressed. I hope your DR is wrong. Don't give up yet girl.

Actually more CM is what made me realize I was pg with DD. And the lack of made me realize something was wrong with my ectopic pregnancy. I really hope and pray that they are wrong!! You would definetly see something at 15 weeks, even 12 weeks! Good luck, and I hope everything works out for you!
