Looking for ideas,...I actually have an exam in one of my classes that night (don't get out of class till 10pm). So I'm thinking we'll try to do something on the weekend instead....just not sure what.
How about you guys any thing special planned?

My DS will be 2 on V-day, so we are having a small party. We are hoping to go out the weekend after though for dinner and a movie. We have gotten used to the fact that we won't be dating on V-day anymore lol. Same thing for my B-day...it's on Halloween.....will be trick-or-treating on my birthday for many years to come.

I work on campus Monday - Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. I made dinner reservations at my favorite Italian restaurant for 8:30 p.m. Then Chris told me that when he asked his boss for Valentine's Day off, his boss said that nobody is allowed to ask for Valentine's Day off, and just because he asked, he is going to schedule him for the 4:00 - midnight shift. Chris works at Albertson's. Not only are we not going to be able to see each other on Valentine's Day, (we both still live with our parents), Chris can't take me to my doctor's appointment today because he has to work. I had to ask my older sister to take me. I have not told my sisters or my dad that I am pregnant yet.

I have no plans yet. I need to come up with some gift or something. I may be going out of town that weekend too so I would like to leave him feeling loved!

Yeah, our appoint with the fertility doc
Since our anniversary is 2/28 we don't really celebrate 2/14. We just get a card for each other sometimes but don't make a big deal of it. Hmmm, for suggestions I would say that one year we went to the Melting Pot (not sure if you have those) and it was awesome because they had a "lovers special" and we had so much food it was awesome. It was nice too because it is the kind of place where you cook all your food in the big bowl at the table yourself so you get cheese and broth and the best, CHOCOLATE for dipping. You could always rent a hotel room. Maybe got to honeymoon island (I think that is near you)... don't they have a couple hotel's there?

We do have a melting pot not too far from us...that sounds tasty right now!! Yes Honeymoon Island is close by....we actually dock our boat at the marina that is right on the road that takes you out to Honeymoon so we are there alot! But that makes me think it might be a good time to get the boat detailed and take it out just the two of us for a day..hhhmmm, only if the weather is good..I'm a fair weather boater

I hope we don't do anything!
Valentine's Day is/was my due date with Quinn, and I'm really not feeling up to celebrating that day.
Our one year anniversary is on the 26th, so we'll probably do something then.
