I haven't been here in a while. I had a m/c in August. We've been trying now for 5 months, and still no luck. I just got my period yesterday again. I get so upset every month. I just don't know what else to do. I'm not a very patient person. If anyone has any ideas, I'm open. Thanks

I just have a couple easy suggestions.

Make sure you don't take cold/sinus/allergy medicine. It can dry up your CM making it harder to get PG. I used to take Advil Cold and Sinus A LOT until I read how it can stop you from getting PG.

Drink enough water. So you have enough CM to move the sperm

Try BDing every other day.... it's worth a shot.

Consider plain old Robitussin.... it is said to increase CM.

I also take Vitamin E. I am not sure why it is supposed to help...but I figure it can't hurt.

That's about all I have. I hope other come up with some good ideas too.... cause I am open to suggestions too!

I took vitamin E when we started trying , my mom told me too! LOL.....and I was taking prenatals also.

Good Luck to you !!!!

The let down when AF shows is aweful.

Everyone had great recommendations. The only other things I have read about it to orgasm after or at the same time as dh because the female orgasm will "suck" the seaman further up into the uterus. Also herbs. Things like red clover, red rasberry, dong quai, nettle leaves, wild yam. Maybe set an appt with an herbalist because certain teas you take at different points in your cycle.

It will happen, the wait seems to take forever!

I'm sorry! I know how frustrating it is when AF shows up!

The best advice I can give is to stop trying! Everytime I stop tracking/trying, I get PG!!

Good luck to you!

So sorry the showed up. I know how much we all hate her, most of the time. I have been ttc for 7 months now since our loss and every month it just hurts more. I recently tried Maca Root powder. I don't know if your cycles are pretty regular or not, but if they aren't this stuff really has helped me. It helped with my ewcm. It made me O on cd17 (I normally O anywhere from cd 22-33) so this is a huge improvement. Unfortunately dh and I didn't get any bd'ing in this month, but I will definitely be using it again next month. GL and I hope you get your bfp this month!!
