Erin will be 8 months old on Thursday and I just now am getting my first post-partum period. I'm only spotting right now, but I'm sure she'll be here full force by tomorrow. Ugh.
But...I had been worried that my body had "gone wrong" or something. So now I know I'm at least back to normal now.
Man, I could have almost had another baby with as long as it's been!

I know it sucks, but at least now you know your body still knows what to do.
Did you used to have regular cycles?

Yep. Before Cora I was 28 days and between I was 27. It'll be interesting to see how many days now.

I know when she finally shows it is a relief. Like in a way it is nice to not have a period for so long but in another way you want to make sure your body still works LOL. I am like Heather, I didn't get my first period until a month or so after Naden turned 1.
At least now you'll know when you are ovulating and DH and you can decided each month whether to try or not LOL

Glad she showed so you know you *still work right* , but sorry she's giving you a rough go at it!
Hope she leaves your house soon (and maybe stays away for like 9+months ) !!
