This is gonna sound kind of silly, but I have to ask.....how do you check your cm? Every month since I had the m/c (August), I've just been going by the ovulation calendar as to when I'll ovulate. I'm ready to step it up. I bought an OPT, so I'll try that now. But some of you talk about your cm. I know that is cervical mucus, but I don't know how or when to check.

I always just check the toilet paper after I wipe, and can see it on there. It should be clear and stretchy

What ovulation calendar are you going to use? I know several tell you what types *usually* mean what. Like Heather dais it should be clear, and stretchy when you're about to O, and Oing. You can either use toilet paper, or your finger(especially if you check your CP).

I think that is a great question to put out there because I think a lot of us don't have a clear answer.

For me, I can't just check the TP because I don't have much CM to begin with, and my most fertile is just watery. I do not get EWCM, unfortunately. For me, I actually go up there with a finger and scoop carefully to find out what's up with me on any given day. Gross, yes. But you get used to it.

I don't check mine but I know some girls go diggin because they also check whether the cervix is open, soft, high, etc. I think my fingers are too short LOL

Hey Bobbie, why don't you re-post your EWCM pics for everyone
