I didn't realize it but I put expired milk in my cereal this morning so I've been stuck in the bathroom most of the day. I also get so sick to my stomach when I eat so there is not much I can do.
The crazy thing is that Naden had a whole bottle full and he has yet to get the runs so it makes me think maybe it was something I ate last night. I don't know but all I can say is WAH! Any suggestions. I am about to horde the medicine cabinet. LOL

Ever since I was a little kid and I got the last of a carton of milk and it was bad (and everybody elses out of the same carton that morning was just fine ) I sniff the milk before I pour it, even now years later!

I was always told milk is supposed to be good for up to a week after the expire date. Of course that depends on this that and the other. So once it gets close I start the sniff routine too.
