Yesturday I had a really bad hot flash. I was outside helping Mike shovel snow because we got about 3 more inches during the day and that started to get my body temp up. So I came inside to cool off. After about 1/2 an hour I was still sweating so I went outside in 30 degree weather with a short sleeve shirt on and it felt GREAT. Then Mike yelled at me to get back inside before I get myself sick. No mood swings yet so thats good. Only two more days to go then I get to start taking OPK's and BDing. I really hope this is our month.

ETA: I only took 1 pill and it stopped AF so that was nice.
