I am sitting here on my con call, so bored so I figured I'd ask you guys this.

Is being extremely thirsty a pregnancy symptom? I have never had that as a symptom but I am freaking out that I cannot seem to quench my thirst. I have been extremely thirsty lately but today it is so worse. My tongue feels like it is coated in slime. No matter how much water I drink I can't get enough.

I am thinking maybe I am just getting sick but I thought I'd ask you all because I have never heard of this being a symptom. so don't know if I should add it to my symptom list...

I looked it up and dehydration is a symptom of pregnancy. Being dehydrated also causes headaches.

I was extremely thirsty this time around. Where I would have to sneak in between cases to the recovery room and down a ton of water and still I seemed dry. (I'm not sure if maybe I just hadn't drank enough the few days leading up to my preg. test and just became a little dehydrated) Good luck!

I've been extremely thirsty and not feeling well also. But I keep gettin BFN even though I only spotted for my period. Anyway, I go Monday for blood work. Maybe that will tell me something....good luck to you, too

That is good to know! I remember I was really thirsty later in Naden's pregnancy but wasn't sure if it was an early pregnancy sign.

can definately be a symptom! It was a big one for me this pregnancy! I am thirsty 24/7!

Not too sure of the exact date but I think it would be the very end of October.

that was one of my biggest symptom with all of my pgs. mostly clay lol
