ok anyone here know anything about laptops? i just got one and its trying to connect to the internet and its not hooked up and my internet is wireless so chould it be trying to hook up to mine cause the signale is great on it i just wont let it connect. so what to do?

Laptops usually have a wireless card in them, that can connect to the net, or at least find it on it's own.

But, try this...

Go to Start
Go to Control Panel
Go to Network Connections
Go to Local Area Connection and see if it says ENABLED, if it says DISABLED, double click on it to ENABLE the connection
You might have to set up a whole new connection if it doesn't work, and that is just on the left hand side.
