I can tell you my experience with using a vaginal progesterone suppository. The one I used was Procheive.
When I took it, I did not get AF until I stopped taking it. Usually after I stopped taking it, I would get AF a day or two later. That is actually one of the reason I decided to stop taking it after ovulation. I never knew when it was "safe" to say that I was not going to get a BFP and stop taking it. Some women get their BFP late so I was always afraid I was going to ruin my chances by stopping it too early. Also the progesterone gave me some pg symptoms so that was hard to deal with. That's not to say it isn't worth it for you to take it. I just wanted to explain why I'm not taking it anymore. Once I get a BFP, I will start it immediately.
