of course I don't want to put myself/body in any danger, so I tried to think of ways to "help" this m/c along. So after having a rough emotional night, I got up this morning pretty determined. So I did quite the workout, I intended to work out for as long as the rest of an episode of Mythbusters was on, thinking it was 30 - 45 min, but it turned out to be a 2hr special! So I ended up working out for about 70 min, and keep in mind I haven't done ANYTHING for real excercise except take the dogs for one 1 mile walk since the transfer back in Nov. Then I spent the rest of the day running up and down the stairs doing laundry and other assorted housework, basically I just kept going non-stop for several hours. And I started myself on a detox thing this morning which I like to do every now and then (which I would not consider doing if i was pg with a baby!) I also stained a wood shelf today so had that chemical stink to deal with.
And by this afternoon I was spotting lightly, but not in any pain. The cramps were so slight, but i had taken some acetemenaphin for my headache so that prob. quieted them down. So tomorrow it will be another workout, etc. and hopefully this will help my body to take care of things!
I need the workout anyway after being super inactive for 2 1/2 months!

This is the only time I'll say this but, "Yay for light spotting!"

You know I was going to mention to you that both of my m/c I didn't start to spot until DH and I DTD. Immediately after I started to lightly bleed and withing 3-4 days I passed the tissue. So maybe a little romp with hubby will help you too?

Big HUGS Anne. You are so strong for waiting this long to m/c.

we did on Thurs (and I spotted a tiny little red CM after that BUT that was pretty much the first time he's gone "all the way in" since the transfer), maybe that + the trans vag u/s Friday helped too. But now that I'm spotting he won't want to, that's okay with me tho, I get grossed out too.

As my DH has always said, "what doesn't kill me makes me stronger". Never agreed with it until now!

Well.... I read somewhere where aloe juice (sold by the gallon at Wal-Mart in with the medicine stuff)would help things along. I have taken it before for IBS so I know my body is okay with it. I drank quite a bit of it and within two days started to m/c. I used the treadmill too

On 1/31/12 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon. He was our 7th loss
If you would like to see pictures of my sweet (but tiny) boy they can be viewed at www.caringbridge.org/visit/noahdarrohn they aren't the easiest pictures to look at but I am willing to share them with anyone who would like to see them <3
On August 2, 2012 we lost Sarah at 17 weeks. She was our 8th loss Her pictures can be viewed at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/sarahdarrohn
There is no known explanation for my losses.

That is a great idea and it can't hurt. I really hope it helps things along for you. I hate that you are having to go thru all of this.. but it sounds like you are in a good mindset.

Let us know how your workout goes tomorrow!!!

well, I DO need to go to Walmart, I need paint roller brushes. I've used the aloe juice before for the dog, I know it's okay for people too but I've never tried it! what does it taste like?

I had some cramping in the middle of the night but still only light spotting. So today's plan is another workout (I really need to keep up with the workouts! I didn't mind gaining weight for baby, but if there's no baby the extra pounds I put back on after surgey need to GO AWAY!) and then more woodworking/staining/polyurethaning, and to get back up on the ladder and paint, paint, paint! I still need to finish painting the office and I want to re-do the living room ceiling to look like what I did for the dining room ceiling, it turned out so well and as a bonus hides all my mistakes in the sheetrock! but for that I might need to wait until DH gets home so he can move the couch and the TV out of my way. I can handle all the other furniture. the woodworking bit is fun, I have 4 pieces made from unfinished pine, which looked great when new but now they are several years old and don't look nice anymore since pine is so soft and absorbent. So I get to sand them down and then stain them "aged oak" which looks really cool on pine and then finish with clear polyurethane.

anybody need a couch & loveseat??? oh DARN, mine don't match anymore with the change in decor! I've got my new couch all picked out but where that $500 is going to come from I don't know . . .
