i was so excited to be pregnant again to only find out the baby stopped growing at 6weeks i was 8 weeks almost 9 so sad i had a d&c on thurs the 7th of feb this is my sec miscarriage, my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 6weeks then i got pregnant with my son a month later and now so 2 well i def want to ttc
as soon as possible

thanks ladies the first mc was in 2005 then a month later i concieved my son who was born july 2006 and this baby grew wings on the 7th of feb 2008 im better today i was taking it so hard, thanks Danica i hope this is it for you i saw you got a bfp i had a d&c how soon did it take to get preg again i want to try as soon i get my fisrt cycle but who know how long it will take

Thing is with me the docs won't confirm pregnancy until they see my numbers going up rather than down. They just think I am going down and took a long time to hit 0 but I know and feel pregnant... To answer your question I think it took 2 weeks post start of bleeding to conceive but I didn't have a d&c, it was a natural m/c and we honestly were not trying. I don't really know the rules with d&c though. I think they say to wait 2 or 3 months so the uterine lining can build back up? I'm not too positive but some of the other ladies might be able to answer this. I also started herbs and acupuncture and put Travis on vitamins too so I would definately recommend this for when you start to ttc again. I am real sorry you have to go through this again. I hope that you can get pregnant again real fast with a healthy, sticky bean.

i hope your numbers are going up up up and this is it for you, well doc said i could wait at least 1 cycle but who knows when i will start my cycle cause i have never had a d&c last time was natural and it was like a period then 4wks later my real period

I am so sorry for your loss I hated to see you leave, you were so sweet!! I still lurk here and hang out from when i was TTC after my last loss.

Talk to your dr. about when you can start trying again.

after a D&C they usually want you to wait atleast 2 months because your uterine lining gets scraped so thin, it wouldnt be able to support a pregnancy as well. My dr. made me wait 3 months. my baby's heart stopped at 8wks 3days and I had a D&C.

Hi babyblue girl, I'm babyblue, aka Amber.. so sorry to see you here. I feel your pain; I had a D&C November 30 after finding out I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks. I also want my son to be a big brother as soon as possible, so I am TTC again. I hope you see another BFP soon!
