How long does a m/c go on??

Okay, I'm on day 5 of light brown spotting. I'm m/c and waiting for the bright red blood and everything else. My doctor is making me come back tomorrow for round three of hcg level testing. I don't see my dr tomorrow, just get blood taken. My levels are so low, m/c is not mistaken.

I just want this to be over so we can start TTC again. I know my dr talked about a d&c, how long do they wait to see if your body m/c on its own usually?

(I only knew we were pregnant for 2 days, so I guess I'm just ready to move on with this)

Any similar experiences??

Hmmmm...well...I personally didn't have the brown spotting for days, just once the night before I m/c. I bled red for 3 total days, but the m/c took 4 days to finish.

I spotted real light off and on for a week then I found out I lost the baby so I was given pills to induce the m/c

Do you have any other symptoms like really bad cramps or your lower back killing you? I know I spotted for a week with the brown blood and the then following week out of the blue I was cramping so bad and my bad hurt so bad I couldn't even lay down to stop from hurting. After the red blood came full force it took me 13 hours pass the tissue. I wish I could be more help.
