I'm now 41 days post-miscarriage and haven't had my first post-miscarriage period yet. With my first miscarriage, I got it 19 days after I miscarried. What is wrong with me? Where is it? I did bleed after my surgery, kind of like a period, but only for 4 days. I was told bleeding like a period was normal after surgery and not to consider it a period. I know I ovulated on the 28th or 29th of January because I felt the pain and couldn't move.

Is it possible that even though we used protection every time we had sex that I may have gotten pregnant? It happened with my last pregnancy, but this time, we used condoms and birth control. I stopped the birth control in mid-January though.

Based on O dates, I'd be late now, right?

It actually took me over 2 months before I got my first af after my d&c. Did they keep checking your levels to go back to zero? Mine took that long and that's why af came so late. I was only 7 weeks along. Maybe have them do blood work to check. I hope she comes soon, so you can get on with it.

Mine took 42 days, and only came then because I had started prometrium to kickstart my cycles again.

Good luck- I remember how frustrated I felt when it took her so long to show.

If you did O and got preggers, you'd be late right now. So, if you test, you should be able to get an accurate result. If you get a negative result, call your doctor to see if they can help.

It toook me 53 days, in part because it took so long for my beta to return to 0.

On December 31, my levels were at 1018; they should have been at least 1024. On January 4th, when they should have been 4000, they were only 1128, and the day I miscarried, they were at 424. Two days after, they were 186. I think I was definitely down to 0 soon after.
