I started 100mg of clomid on the evening of CD5. Today I had a follicle study done to see how I responded. I had two follicles on right ovary, nothing large on the left. Both follicles measure at 13mm. My OB said that clomid normally will put you on a 28 day cycle with ovulation at day 14. My normal ovulation day is 16 or 17. She said my response is marginal. I get a repeat ultrasound on monday CD16. If my eggs are at 20 then we will do HCG injection. If not, then she said she will consider me to be a poor responder. We talked about repeating clomid next month at 150mg, and starting earlier in the month like CD3 to see what happens. If I still respond poorly, then I move onto injectables. So, as it is set, repeat follicle study on monday, possible IUI on tuesday and wed. She also put me on estrogen because I am having hot flashes, emotional outburst and now headaches. Wooo hooo... my house looks like a pharmacy. Speaking of pharmacies, anyone got any info on where to get HCG meds cheaper and fast? It's hard to find at local pharmacies.
I hope things are looking better soon as far as follies? go. I know NOTHING about all that I guess I am gonna learn through you!
I hope this cycle gives you a sticky bean! Good luck hon!!!!

Steph, I don't know anything about all of that.. but geez.. I hope the clomid does the trick on its own this month. maybe starting earlier will be the key.
