I'm feeling kind of crampy tonight, just a few hours after having sex. They kind of feel like pre-period cramps on and off, with the occasional sharp pain in my left side, which should be the side that I O from this month, since it was the right side last month.

This crampiness, does anyone else get it after sex or close to ovulation, am I ovulating early or is my period finally on it's way?

I've had cramping around O time. Sounds like thats what your having. Do you use OPK's or temp?

Nope. I just get really bad sharp pains on the day that I O. They hurt so bad that I have to lay down and rest. It gets worse if I'm up.

It sounds like it is probably is O pain to me. Even if it doesn't seem normal for you, remember that after m/c your body changes.

Oh that sucks the pain that is. I wish I had something like that to tell me when I Oed but nope not that lucky.

I didn't get that lucky until after my daughter was born.
