So i was letting my DH read some of your posts so he could see what it is im so into all the time, and he got to "DH" and knew it stood for husband, but wasnt sure how it went and said "Da hubby".... which i thought was SO funny! just thought i would share a males interpretation of our JM lingo... hehe...

I used to think it stood for "designated *insert relation here*" but then I realized that most people have more common sense than that and don't let their toddlers consume alcohol anyway.
That's what I always think it means, I know what's it supposed to mean, but I still use it as Da Hubby/husband. I used to live in the upper penisula of Michigan so sometimes people talk like that and it's commonly refererred to as Da U.P.
