OMG that was a long time ago for me! Probably Kirk Cameron. I don't remember having a celb crush in HS.

Wow - this question makes me feel really old...

Let's see - in Jr. High it was Vince Neil from Motley Crue...I don't think it changed much until I was after I graduated.
