I wrote a poem today for the first time in years. I was playing around on the computer and it just came to me. It could be hard for some ladies to read so please be careful reading it. I just wanted to share it with all of you.

She lies on the floor, torn
from the inside out
life is draining from her, running
down her legs
taking her hope,
happiness and leaving in its
wake confusion, anger, and
pain.
She curls into a ball, weeping
for herself and her loss. Pulling
the hair from her head, screaming
"What did I do wrong?"
She lies on the floor, dreaming
of what could have been. A life
complete.

Made me cry. I was full-term, so it was a real labor in a hospital, but the feeling is the same anyway. It was beautiful.

This sooo made me cry. It explains exactly what we go through. Dont ever be ashamed of how you feel about your loss. Just because some dont understand where we are coming from when we talk about our loss doesnt mean we dont understand our own feelings.
Thats why I love it here. I can talk about whatever I'm feeling and I have the support of so many lovely lady's here that know what I'm going through, I'm not ashamed. (not saying that you are) but I know it can be hard to express how we are truely feeling.

Thank you everyone!! I was worried only because I didn't want to hurt anyone. I would never want to do that to any of you. Plus I am very self concious about my poems so it's kind of hard to share them but I really love this one and figured you all could relate to it.

although I never experienced the physical aspect of it since I had a D&C.. it still brought tears to my eyes b/c that's how I felt (and still do feel).
