Do you know if you use ky jelly or anything if that decreases chance of pg even though it says not a spermicide? I was just curious. We use it occassionally and wanted to know.

I've heard that all those lubricants and even spit can kill sperm. That's why so many people use Pre-seed, it's safe for sperm

I am not positive, but I think I've heard that you shouldn't use lubricants other than PreSeed if you're TTC.

On the other hand, I am sure there are plenty of people who have gotten pregnant even using KY and the like.

I believe KY does contains spermicides. They just have to put on the tube that it doesn't prevent pregnancy. I wouldn't use it during the fertile time though if your ttc. I have been using preseed lately and it is so much better!!! I bought it at a pharmacy nearby. You can look it up and see if they sell it anywhere near you.
