So I went in for more blood work yesterday to see if my numbers have gone down(since my m/c on Feb 22) I'm praying they have and I don't have to have a d/c. So then I can focus on ttc again. They told me they would have the results today and to call in the afternoon. I'm very nervous because I have rh neg factor too. I just hope I can get a BFP in 2008.

I got off the phone w/doc office. Bloodwork at 2 with is good. Have doctors appt next Thurs for annual and to ask many questions about the rh neg factor that I just found out I have. Thought this would be the best opportunity to get it over with and get questions answered too. Plus I usually bleed a little after my pap. Good luck to all of you ladys!!!!

Glad your #'s went down and you don't have to have a D&C--that's great.

You do need to make sure you get the rhogam shot at your doctors appt. I had to have one when I had my m/c because I am also Rh-. Just make sure you do get that because it can affect your future ability to carry babies to full term!

I'm really sorry for your loss but glad to hear that your numbers are down and you dont need a D&C. I agree with Melanie about the RH shot. I am RH- also and had to have to shot with both my losses. I have to talk to my doctor about it too when I go in to see her April 2nd. Good luck on that 2008 baby!!

I did get the shot when I went to the ER. I am so glad I did go. Thanks for your concern. I'm so glad I know others have the same problem as me. I go next Thursday for my annual and questions. Do you guys have any specific q's I should ask? Were you then considered high risk?

I am sorry, I didn't understand that you had already gotten the shot.

As far as the Rh factor goes, as long as you got the shot, you are not considered high risk.

I don't know about your doctor, but mine basically said that with 1 m/c, they don't do any real work up or anything, and that my chances for carrying a healthy baby were just as good next time I get pregnant as before my m/c. Some girls on here disagree, but I am trying to stay positive about it. So I am not sure what types of questions you would need to ask?!?

By the way, where are you in Ohio? I am just outside of Dayton
