while TTC, I did start taking prenatals, watched my diabetes more closely and tried to eat healthier

Well, officially, I'm WTTTC, but I'm making lifestyle changes to make it better when I DO TTC. I'm on a diet, trying to exercise regularly, taking folic acid (will start prenatals again when I'm officially TTC) and generaly trying to be healthier.

I'm forever trying to watch what I eat - TTC or not...but since starting, I've been faithfully taking my prenatals and once I've cut my coffee intake way down.

I take Prenatal Vit, 2 baby aspirins and B6. I try to watch my soda in take and watch how much fast food I eat. I am trying to breakfast in the morning but that doesn't always work.

Even though I'm WTTC, I've cut out coffee/soda, I'm eating better than I think I ever have, and I'm exercising on the regular! I want to be healthy for when we actively begin trying.

Taking vitamins, folic acid, omega3, dieting, exercising, no caffeine, barely any sugar, no alcohol (though I want some)

I've changed a lot of things, I think. This has all been a gradual process over the past year or two.

No caffeine, no soft drinks (maybe 1 a month), a lot of organic foods, less processed foods. I cook more.
I'm trying to gain weight, but it is not really working.

Also some changes I have made recently that are kind of an Eastern medicine thing: heating pad on my abdomen for 10 minutes a night before ovulation, drinking green tea, less dairy, less sugar, drinking room temp water, eating more warming foods, more fruits, veggies, nuts, legumes.

Supplements: prenatals, fish oil, L-arginine, wheat grass, barley grass.

Things I still want to do are more exercise; I do get some but I'm afraid it will hinder me trying to gain weight. Also I need to be better about more prayer and meditation, things to try and reduce stress.

I take my BA, folic, prenatal because I fear I will get a bfp when I stop taking them.

I will drink now, but usually only in the first half of the month. After this long of ttc I figure I need to "live" a little.

I am also eating healthier, more fruits and veggies, and lower carbs because I am trying to shed some pounds!!

I usually have a pretty healthy diet and such so I don't actually change much when TTC. I drink very little soda, practically no caffeine, and I don't drink any alcohol or smoke. I have problems remember to take my prenatals though.
