I'm sorry for you loss - it just plain stinks when that happens. I don't really chart, but I do know that CD1 is the first day of your period. There are several ladies here who chart, so I'm sure someone will be able to answer any questions you have about that. I hope your TTC journey will be a short one

So sorry that you passed the baby Jenn, but I am glad you are anxious about TTC again.

I just started charting this month, so I am not too sure, but I think most people say that CD1 is the first day of bleeding. Of course, your first cycle after a m/c can be kinda messed up and sometimes long, so if I were you, I would just start charting this month to try to figure out your body better.

I look forward to getting to know you better Jenn

Hey Jenn

Sorry for your loss, but welcome to the board.

I agree the first cycle after m/c can be weird. Normally for charting purposes cd1 is the first day of AF, but for bleeding with a m/c I don't really know. When I had my m/c I counted cd1 as the first day of major bleeding (not spotting) with the m/c but some folks I know counted cd1 after the m/c was over. I had a normal af 33 days after the m/c. Hope this helps, good luck

I counted from the day I started my m/c though it ended 7 days later.

I look forward to getting to know you better!

Jenn,

First

I wouldn't count this time as a true cycle. Once AF starts that would be CD1. Wacky things can happen to our bodies afer a m/c and all pretty much are normal.

I hope you are one of the lucky ones and things stay as close to normal for you as possible.

I too am m/c now and I have to say it sucks

Welcome to the board...and you are at home

We have chats Monday nights in the TTC room and it is always a lot of fun. I think the only things we don't usually talk about is TTC!

We also have our *post counts* thread most nights and they are a lot of fun too. Jump right in....

Hi Jen!!!
So sorry about your loss. I counted the day that I passed the baby as CD1, but the first cycle is really weird as everyone said and you may not even ovulate.

I always counted the m/c as CD1 the first day of bleeding.
